Revive CEE nightly test #67

Requires moving test to one of cee compute nodes, since @lxmota 's dedicated workstation is no more.

The tests run but again they don't get posted to cdash. I remember that we ran into this situation before, but I can't remember what the fix was.

Hmmm, it just seems to not be working. I will open a ticket with the sems team. They may ask for additional information.

@lxmota : do we still care about this, or should I close the issue? Also, I noticed Rigel isn't posting to the CDash yet: https://sems-cdash-son.sandia.gov/cdash//index.php?project=Albany_LCM . I can add it as an expected build once you have that going.

Let's keep this open for the time being as Elyce and Jenn run on CEE.
