ACE cleanup for ACI/NH: see if repetition of Adaptation/Erosion parameter sublist can be moved to coupled*yaml file? #76

Currently this appears in both thermal and mechanical yaml files, even though it really only makes sense for the mechanical yaml file. If the sublist is removed from the thermal file, incorrect behavior is encountered, surprisingly.
