Colorbar limits in CalibrateDisplayShape.py class #107

Added a colorbar limit (clim) option in the CalibrateDisplayShape class.

This is used when performing a screen calibration (for deflectometry tools like Sofast) and the user wants to view the resulting screen flatness profile. Without this, users cannot view the flatness of a screen more deviation than the default (3mm).
