This brings single facet Sofast Fringe data up to current HDF5 save format. To be able to use this data in current examples and to reduce future confusion the unit test data needed to be updated.
Updated script in contrib/ to generate downsampled Sofast datasets (for single facet only).
Added missing HDF IO functions to Sofast dataclasses.
Updated all unit tests that use Single Facet Sofast data to use new dataclasses.
Split common Sofast mask calculating parameters into its own dataclass: ParamsMaskCalculatoin
