RF.p download issue #3

When I downloaded the full operonSEQer package, it did not download RF.p successfully. When I try to download the file individually, it just opens a new tab and does not download the file. I've been trying to modify the code to exclude the random forest model because it doesn't run through the script without the RF.p file.
