d3d_menu.bat missing from win32 folder #1

Hi I have been trying to use this win32 folder in my compiled version of Delft3D (version 4.01.00) but the folder does not have a file d3d_menu.bat as the tutorials indicate. Could you upload it here please? The d3d_menu.exe file is also missing... Thanks...

Those files are included with the GUI which is provided upon request by Deltares. To use the version compiled here, you need to merge this "win32" directory with the one included with the GUI. Overwrite any files which are the same, but keep any files provided by Deltares (e.g. d3d_menu.bat and d3d_menu.exe).
