[ ] add piecewise Lagrange polynomial interpolants and support in the Library class
[ ] add flamelet lookup methods to mimic CFD code usage of tabulated chemistry, including triangular enthalpy defect inversion for nonstrained flamelets and consistent enthalpy reconstruction solves for strained flamelets

PyTabprops and SciPy are sufficient.
