distBVH currently relies on a branched version of vt package: https://github.com/sandialabs/distBVH/blob/9c9f85643a64d53f14a2dd4e7edab26d088323bb/cuda11.4.3-gcc9.4-x64.dockerfile#L42

Change this to master once https://github.com/DARMA-tasking/spack-package/pull/17 is merged.
