pyRoCS is a library of functions used to support resilience analysis of complex systems. The package contains example datasets and tutorial to help demonstrate how the functions can be used.
I wanted to update you all on a couple of minor changes that occurred in the code to get things running properly:
from_numpy_matrix is no longer supported by current numpy API and has been renamed to from_numpy_array. I updated all uses of this function so that the code is compatible with the latest numpy.
in test_complex_systems.test_grc there was a call made to the grcfunction that was missing the required argument "directed". I tried both true and false and the test passes either way, so I just left it as true.
