This should work ideally, but we'll want to make sure.

For some reason was not receiving build completion info even though it ran... Suspected to be due to differences in python-app.yml, which we will be phasing out. Passed build independently even though checks didn't receive it, so pushing through now anyway to orient github workflows and test versioning and release once and for all.
