This issue is for (after) our meeting on Tuesday the 27th.

Mostly added test_instrumentdriver.py as a platform for 1. more thoroughly testing instrumentdriver than test voltage was able while making their functions separate to be modifiable while still maintaining code coverage, and 2. developing an automated driver testing framework that can be adapted and expanded to automatically test other drivers.

The drivers_test_unit needs to be live tested still. Uploading for testing purposes - may be reviewed
