@activeshadow Updates to phenix-apps no longer triggers the phenix workflow. I think it is because the repo name got changed from phenix to sceptre-phenix. Does this change make sense? Will the repository_owner resolve to sandialabs now? If so, I think we're good to go!

@mgaliar yeah this should be fine. It'll just break any existing forks since the repo name got changed along with the repository owner. There's nothing we can do about that though except to have fork owners rename their fork if they need this to work.
