When clicking on the Logs tab in the phenix UI, the message "There are no logs!" will be displayed for a while, before the logs actually appear. This gives the impression there are no logs or there's an issue with them, as there's no indication that the logs are being loaded in the background. It would be great if it would instead give some indication that yes, logs do exist, and it's in the process of loading the logs. On my particular deployment, it takes ~10-15 seconds for logs to appear.
