io_modify geometry modification does not work with CGNS structured #452

Check all operations in io_modify to make sure they either:

  1. work with CGNS structured/unstructured, or
  2. put out a warning message saying they don't work.

This should now be working. Is not installed everywhere yet, but capability exists in the repo version.
