Refine binning of output tables #3

Refine binning of output tables to subset for different categories and thresholds (in the case of habitat/sediment bed response).

From Sam (2022-08-02):

Attached are csv files and summarized results that are generated as outputs [CG: No, this currently isnt generated.]. The first step is to process the risk value outputs to generate summary tables like those in “Summarized_tables.xlsx” . Once we generate simple tables like this, we’ll expand to alternate delineations like summing within specific areas defined by the receptor layers (i.e. how much risk is in sandy vs mixed habitats).
