Remove Zip from Repository #42

Including the zip in our repository will cause history bloat making it slow to download and work with the repo. It also causes merge conflicts which have and will continue to cause issues if using the default merge by ORT strategy.

We should remove the zip file from the repository

Developers will build the zip using the included scripts
Users will access a prebuilt zip included in the most recent release
