rename repo #4

We need to look into possibly rename of the repo so that the new name specifically indicates it is kokkos (sub)project of the Kokkos project.

See most recent Kokkos release briefing.

Do you mean moving it to the kokkos project specifically (e.g., https://github.com/kokkos)?

That would have to be taken up between sandialabs github admins and the Kokkos github admins, I think.

Otherwise, sure, we could rename the repo xstack-klokkos to something else, which would only require permission from the sandialabs admin.

Yes, the above is all I want to do. That sounds less painful than what I thought. Do you think I/we can get it done in the next week or two?

Update: this is OK for the time being, until around October.
