Remove Speaker meetup options from today's date or later #174

Describe the bug When signing up for a talk a speaker is allowed to select the same day's event.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to speaker sign up page on same day as a meetup
  2. Click on available meetups
  3. See that today's meetup is available

Expected behavior Speaker should not be allowed to do submit a talk for the same day
