Height value ignored always #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a rte object
2. In it's options set a height value
3. the rte will show up with "default" height always

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

new height ( really should work for height:100% too )

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

as a workaround set style="height:450px" on textarea.

Also 100% height might not be what you expect depending on the browser as 100% 
might be page length, screen height, but not cell height.
