What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use toggle camera
2.disconnect the call
3.in next call the your video will be on hold by default
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
toggle camera should work without any issues. what it does is, it holds the
video in next call
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IMSDROID r580 - android
