I added a little note to the read me with a solution to undefined features with cucumber. Remove output.blank? from the cucumber formatter.

output.blank? has been resolved in the thor branch. Can you move your notes about cucumber to the Gotchas page in the wiki? I just don't feel that it belongs in the README.
