How do you translate a stream? #144

My websocket frontend will provide a voice stream to me, a way I like to implement a real-time transtext

This is the same as: https://github.com/sandrohanea/whisper.net/issues/25 Unfortunately, there is no optimal way of working with audio streams yet, but there are some workarounds described there.
