qt-jpegxl-image-plugin conflicts with kimageformats, no longer needed for JPEG XL support. #2

qt-jpegxl-image-plugin 0.2.3-3 for JPEG XL support is not compatible with kImageFormats 5.96.0-1, which now includes JPEG XL support.

Just as well, JPEG XL files do not work on qeh with new versions of kImageFormats.

Error trying to read image from testjxl.jxl : Unsupported image format
Image reader error: "Unsupported image format"
