Cancel layer switches if sequence can by typed by staying in the layer #21

i.e., just hold the layer instead. Have config option that incurs penalty for hold, since it can be harder to type multiple things in a row with a key held down

Pause on this as the penalty factor of having a sequence longer than the ngram somewhat addresses this

Actually it doesn't quite because a long hold sequence is still somewhat good
