Swap / replacement weight and counting don't seem to work #24

Swaps seem more favored, and the total operations don't seem to add up to expected values

cccefb85a41434f7d3acbfc820e909beb0b647e7 When I removed _NO from from being processed / checked, it also disabled the ability for replace to replace _NOs, and those weren't being counted anywhere. _NO can now be properly replaced
