Google+ has shut down.
It probably doesn't make sense to point to LinkedIn, since Sandstorm is no longer a business.

Derp, just realized @ocdtrekkie opened #300 already. This pr also removes the linkedin button and the relevant css though.

...and I looking at #300 I realize I missed another location where the buttons appear. I'm going to closethis and start winding down for bed.
