Remove references to blackrock on /business. #328

Blackrock isn't really maintained, so this is a little misleading.

Why remove encryption and not auditing from this page? Should be both or neither, yes?

Mostly I was being lazy and didn't want to deal with centering it. But I force pushed and it's back now (and centered).
