Outdated "placeholder" app index page #341

I just searched the internet for "Sandstorm app index" and found myself directed to https://sandstorm.io/apps/index.

This page is a placeholder. We're working on an app market with self-service uploads, categories, searchability, and prettier design. :)

I think this should be replaced with a permanent redirect to https://apps.sandstorm.io/. I suspect that all images in the apps directory can be removed too, but have not investigated if this might break something, somewhere.
