Remove ga-helper #343

I don't believe any references to this script still exist in the code. A lot of the pages edited in the commit where this was added don't even exist anymore wholesale, and we removed Google Analytics as well back in 2018.

I found one, but I don't see how it would embed ga-helper.js anymore anyways?
