docs: Add info on postMessage API and X-Sandstorm-Passthrough #1198

Specifically:

{startSharing: {}}
{setTitle: String}

(Later, once we've figured out the API slightly more, since it'll change a bit to support powerbox interface/specifying specific things to powerbox request: {powerboxRequest: {}})

While I'm at it, I figure I should add a note about X-Sandstorm-Passthrough: address.

I'm legit shocked setPath doesn't show up in the docs. No wonder no one uses it. Excited to fix that.
