Hi there!
Sometimes you can fix this by making sure port forwarding of port 80 and 443 are routed to your machine. http://portforward.com/ is a good website for learning how to set up port forwarding.
Do you already have port forwarding set up, by any chance?

Well, it was actually a preset and I inserted the router IP. Do I need to use my public IP?
@pcpcpc12 That looks right, though you'll need to add port 443 as well since you're using HTTPS.
