Admin UI is not mobile-optimized #483

This is primarily due to in not being possible to zoom out to see the text boxes. Also, one can't copy text (e.g. the path for oauth authenticate at GitHub).

When installing apps, all you can see is the first two letters of the app name in the title bar.

Thanks for filing this, @JonTheNiceGuy ! These are great points we'll see what we can do to ameliorate them.

My apologies for taking so long to get to this.

Although we have made some progress on improving the layout of the modals (so that the content does not fall off the screen), our Admin mobile UI & UX is still not great. Here are some screenshots illustrating that:

I'll take ownership in proposing some fixes to move this issue forward.
