Install the localization files #1

As a follow-up to this issue https://github.com/sandstormports/wordpress-sandstorm/issues/17

With delay I generated .mo files to enable localization in the ten most used languages on the internet.

I used wp-cli (doc)

The total is 7.2M

Hey @jeau, thanks a lot for your work. I'm currently working on packaging version 4.9.8 of wordpress. Do you think this is compatible?

There's no problem. I generated the files from this version (4.9.8)
