Dear Esteban, I am sorry for the late to review your pull on Github,

I am pull your fix into master, I will continue to test GRETNA and modify the manual, GRETNA 2.0.0 will be release soon.

BTW, I have fixed a grievous mistake when selecting the sparsity of network. Please update and see the commit for the details. c217b644228685c061d3f3b1650efada1e9fb5f7
