Top 5 selected meals update #15

When a user clicks on their name in the ordering menu, have it display up to the top 5 meal choices for their username.

Need the code for the cart and the ajax order in order to do further work on this portion of the project..

Changed to 3 last and got some code for the most ordered option. I will add this now that the cart is complete.
