Add optgroups to the meals list #16

We need to organize the meals list while ordering so that it places the meals into specific optgroups. We should add these as fields to the meals table in the database so that they can be grouped on the fly as they are being created. Until then quick fix it so that it defaults the "L" starting meals into .

Completed the display portion adding a field for the new meals but complete enough for production.
