Marmalade packaging #7

Please consider publishing stable releases to the Marmalade repository: https://marmalade-repo.org/

MELPA is not appropriate for many users because it includes many packages that are under heavy development and not stable, so adding it to your archives list will cause instability in other packages even if the only thing you want to get from MELPA is monroe.

In addition, MELPA does not allow installation over TLS, so it's irresponsible to encourage its use.
