Fails to send mOTP to Landline Numbers #6

When I try to send otp to landline number, it fails to send ( only 1time it 
came out of 8 times ) to landline number ( bangalore airtel)

Tried using the demo on the website.

Ticket also created for sharing private data , Ticket No:  [#BTG-NEY-9M7N]
