GPL-601 Re-format 'no samples...' error message [s]

User story As an SSR using the 'Sentinel Create Samples' page, I would like the 'No samples for this barcode...' error message to be re-formatted so that a list of plate barcodes is displayed that is easily copy-paste-able (perhaps in table format), so that I can easily keep track of plates that we do not yet have the data for.
