First punt at basic ci action.

Looks good. Maybe update the readme with how to use profiles in nextflow.

Also do you think using the version rather than SHA tags for github actions?

Added README comment on profiles. It's a bit experimental at the moment, we can see how it goes.
Most people seem to use the action version number rather than sha.
