ACT displays shorter area of Annoration than actually present with artemis #316

As shown in the attached image (which may not be a good example) I have encountered a case where when loading a fully annotated gff file to an ACT comparison view, only a small part of the annotation is shown. I initially thought that this is due to the comparison file limits but I can see that the comparison actually covers the full length.

Has anyone seen something like this before and what does it imply? What could I have been doing wrong here ?

NB: When the genome is visualized with Artemis it is clearly annotated throughout until the end but with ACT only a small portion is seen.
