Upgrade log4j and picard #330

Pull request changes:

Upgrade log4j to latest version 2.17.2 (Issue #326).
Upgrade Picard jar to latest version 2.26.11 and fix indexed file related bug introduced in PR #304.
Remove redundant evosuite tests.
Fix Travis build
Other minor updates.
