Add TravisCI support #50

It's likely that this will remain red until Bio::DB::Sam is refactored out. I'll raise a ticket for this work but it should be OK to merge so that it is more obvious that the build is failing.

If anyone knows a better way of installing this from source then I'd be interested to hear / receive a PR.

Raised [Hinxton #473325] to fix the build. I think this should be merged regardless of the build status but I'm happy to discuss this if you like.
