Could not open .proteome.faa #475

Hello, I had run Roary successfully once on some test data, but when I ran it using my main data, after running Roary for several hours I got this message:

Couldn't open /home/manager/Documents/crown89/Scoary_CRWN89/contigs/roary_output/rrYVy1pITd/upec-123_11172019.gff.proteome.faa: No such fie or directory at /usr/local/share/perl/5.22.1/Bio/Roary/SplitGroups.pm line 84.

'roary_output' is the --outdir option and I had all dependencies installed. This was after Roary was running (read from console): 2019/11/18 09:15:13 Split groups with paralogs

I had the same issue today while running it for a large number of genomes although it worked on a small dataset.

I also met the same issue today during runing for a large dataset. any one have some ideas for this error?

I'm also having the same issue, small datasets work fine, but this error is reported on large datasets, can anyone help me？ @andrewjpage
