after I updated my mac to high sierra, Roary started to show this error:
Can't locate Bio/Roary/CommandLine/Roary.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Bio::Roary::CommandLine::Roary module) (@INC contains: /Users/service/lib /Users/service/perl5/perlbrew/perls/perl-5.28.0/lib/site_perl/5.28.0/darwin-2level /Users/service/perl5/perlbrew/perls/perl-5.28.0/lib/site_perl/5.28.0 /Users/service/perl5/perlbrew/perls/perl-5.28.0/lib/5.28.0/darwin-2level /Users/service/perl5/perlbrew/perls/perl-5.28.0/lib/5.28.0) at /anaconda3/bin/roary line 12.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /anaconda3/bin/roary line 12.
I installed both Bio::Roary::CommandLine::Roary and Bio::Roary but still does not work.
Then I uninstalled and reinstalled it, this way also does help.
