Roary fails to run on GFF files exported from Geneious, while runs perfectly on prokka GFF files. I have compared the files in text editor, they do look different, in the sense that prokka GFF files have extra information around locus tags and etc. But is there any way of making geneious GFF file compatible/working with Roary. ?
