Hello All,
I performed a pangenome analysis with roary on a set of data. And I am finding it difficult to interpret the pangenome frequency chart. I checked on the roary website but could not get any information or explanation about it.
My issue is with regards to the number of genomes and the corresponding genes. If lets say 2 genomes, which 2 out of the six genomes does it refer to ? Do I assume it is an average ? or there is some sort of arrangement. Thanks
