What configuration do I need for the server? #573

Hello, I would like to use Roary to analyze the GFF files of 800 vibrio and 30 non-vibrio. What configuration do I need for the server? Is a server with a 20 cores CPU and 128GB RAM ok? I used a server with 6 cores CPU and 16GB of RAM, but I never got any results.
