cann't install roary 3.13 with mamba/conda #612

I tried to install roary with mamba but got:

package roary-3.13.0-pl526h516909a_0 requires perl-text-csv, but none of the providers can be installed

If I use conda, it will show:

UnsatisfiableError: The following specifications were found to be incompatible with your system:

  - feature:/linux-64::__glibc==2.28=0
  - roary -> libgcc-ng[version='>=7.3.0'] -> __glibc[version='>=2.17']

Your installed version is: 2.28
