This PR addresses the following:

Improve responsiveness of UI by fixing logo scaling and form input width on narrow display sizes.
Add citation info to front page.
Add attribution for Phylocanvas. TODO: update to newer version (not drop-in)
Replace Recaptcha back-end with self-hosted alternative (Closes: #13).
